About the Founder
Michele Parad spent years as a retreat facilitator — searching for properties that could hold meaningful group experiences, often in markets she didn't know, never willing to risk her reputation on a space she couldn't trust. That tension revealed the gap Retreat Spaces was built to close.
Her background spans 15+ years in marketing, event design, and experience strategy. Alongside Retreat Spaces, she leads My Supernova AI — an automation consulting practice for founders building multiple brands and businesses — where intelligent agents run daily operations. The same systems she now builds for property owners and managers.
